Give the conversation a useful focus

Bring the challenge.
We’ll work through the questions.

You can discuss a specific task or a broader question about where to begin. A clear description of your situation helps make the meeting relevant to your business.

Explore your market approach

For a business considering government work or a contractor reviewing a new direction, the conversation can focus on preparation and positioning.

  • How does your current offering translate to the market you want to pursue?
  • Which business materials and supporting experience are ready?
  • What information would help leadership choose a next step?

Review a proposal requirement

For a team preparing a response, begin with the solicitation, deadline, and status of the work already underway.

  • Which sections or activities need additional support?
  • What technical inputs and existing material are available?
  • Where are the content gaps or review bottlenecks?

Clarify a recruiting need

For a hiring team, discuss the work to be performed and the factors making the search challenging.

  • Which qualifications and practical conditions are essential?
  • What is missing from the current candidate flow?
  • How could sourcing or coordination support fit your process?
Prepare without overpreparing

Useful context.
No presentation required.

The aim is to understand your requirement, not to ask you to build a proposal for the meeting itself.

  • A short business introduction. Explain what your company does and who it serves.
  • The immediate challenge. Identify the work, question, or decision that prompted the meeting.
  • Important dates. Mention response deadlines, planned hiring dates, or internal milestones that affect the discussion.
  • The current starting point. Know which materials exist and which people are involved, even if you do not share the documents during the first call.
  • Your questions. Think about what you need to understand before deciding whether outside support would be useful.
What the discussion is meant to establish

A better understanding
of what comes next.

The requirement

A shared understanding of the business need, current status, and the problem the support would address.

The working approach

A discussion of relevant activities, internal involvement, required inputs, and the considerations affecting delivery.

The next action

Clarity on whether more information is needed, a focused assessment would help, or an engagement can be discussed further.

Booking and preparation

Before your meeting.

How do I check that I have selected the right time?

Review the time zone shown by the HubSpot scheduler before confirming. Check the date, local time, and details in the final booking screen and any confirmation the scheduler provides.

What should I do if the calendar does not load?

Use the “Open calendar” link above to access the HubSpot booking page directly. You can also email Shaunadams010@gmail.com to discuss arranging a conversation.

What if none of the available times work?

Email your preferred dates and time zone to Shaunadams010@gmail.com. Any alternative arrangement will need to be confirmed separately.

Can colleagues join the discussion?

If a colleague owns the technical, proposal, or hiring requirement, their input may be useful. Include the relevant context in your booking details or discuss participation when arranging the meeting.

How can I change an existing booking?

Use any rescheduling or cancellation options included in your booking confirmation. If those options are unavailable or unclear, contact Shaunadams010@gmail.com with the meeting details.

Do I need to send documents before the call?

No formal presentation is required. Public references and a brief description are enough to start. Discuss the appropriate arrangements before sharing confidential, candidate, or otherwise sensitive information.
